Spanish footballer Fernando Torres will leave Atletico Madrid at the end of the season, and the 34-year-old striker has several options to continue his career.
Scottish Celtic and English Newcastle are interested in Torres, but he is much closer to going to America or China.
Torres is the only player to win the World Cup, the European Championship, the Champions League, the European League, the FA Cup and the Golden Cup, and intends to play for several more seasons.
The US MLS league seems to be the best choice, and then his compatriot David Villa enjoys playing for the New York City FC. Many European stars have decided to spend their last years in the MLS league including Steven Gerrard, Frank Lampard, Ashley Cole and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Torres can earn money in the Chinese Super League, but MLS is a more logical move. He will probably not sign for LA Galaxy, but definitely has clubs that would like to bring El Nino.
Orlando City is looking for a new star after leaving Kaka, and Torres would be a fantastic substitute. Of course, they do not play in the same position, but the Spaniard would definitely raise the atmosphere among the fans.
For now, Torres has focused on Atletico Madrid, which has the chance to win the European League. In addition to Atletico, he played for Milan, Chelsea and Liverpool.
